3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Kennerton Audio, we strive to make products that will surpass your expectations. As part of our commitment, we use the finest components available and adhere to rigorous manufacturing standards.

From the date of purchase, Kennerton products have a 3 year limited warranty* for the drivers and 1 year for any defects in workmanship and manufacturing, as long as they are used within the limits set forth in the User’s Guide. This Warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damage due to normal “wear and tear” of the product.

*3 year limited warranty fully covers the labor and repair works within this 3 year period. Spare parts and materials cost is fully covered within the first one year of 3 year limited warranty period.

6 months warranty is applied to standard included cables and
1 year warranty is applied to custom cables and adaptors.

Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to revise or update the product, accessories, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity. If the product fails under normal usage, please contact customer support at info@kennerton.com to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation. Be sure to have your proof of purchase enclosed and please use the original packaging if possible.

  1. Warranty repair

Warranty repair cannot be processed without a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase date and place and the serial number is needed. To get the warranty service, the headphones should be purchased directly from us or from our dealer. Please note, we do not cover goods shipping to our place (we only cover delivery cost to the client’s place after the repair), insurance, import fees, duties, or taxes that may be associated to the return product.

If after inspection, we find the product to have manufacturing defects, we will repair or in some cases replace the defective product with the same or comparable product as best as we could “best-effort”. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product from direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product, its accompanying accessories, or its documentation.

  1. Money back/Return of goods request 

Money back request cannot be processed without a proof of purchase. Proof of purchase date and place and the serial number is needed. To get the purchased goods returned and refunded, the headphones should be purchased directly from us or from our dealer. Please note, we do not cover goods shipping to our place, insurance, import fees, duties, or taxes that may be associated to the return product. The return of goods should be made within 14 days after the date of goods receiving.

If after receiving and inspection, we find the product does not have any possible defects obtained, we shall make a refund excluding our delivery costs.

*This warranty is applied to cover only the cost of the headphone (or the accessory included) repair. The warranty can not cover shipping, taxes, insurance, fees or any damage. Wear and tear of the product is not covered under any warranty. The use of improper or faulty equipment or physical damage is not covered under any warranty. Any kind of modification to the headphone or the included accessory resulting in any harm or damage to the product is not covered under any warranty.
